There is nothing like a summer day at Abby Dabby park in Entiat, Washington for getting your lungs oxygenated, sunshine, strength, lose weight, tone up, endurance, increased memory focus with kettlebells. If you don't have a kettlebell a dumbbell, resistance bands or body weight exercises can be done instead. The important thing is to get moving!
