Kettlebell, Stretching & Battle Rope

You can get in great shape in as little as ten minutes a day. Here is a combo I like to do for variety. If you don't have a kettlebell a dumbbell can be used for the fundamental swing. To help get the blood flowing you can do total body light stretching & a rebounder. Battle Rope for a fitness levels develops cardio endurance & is a fun way to vary your workout.
