5 x 15 Kettlebell Workout
Here is a fun way to vary your workout by doing 15 of a kettlebell exercise on one side of your body & next switch & do 15 of the same exercise on the other side of the body such as Goblet Squats, Snatches, High Pulls & Kettlebell Hand to Hand Swings. For variety you can add body weight exercises such as push-ups, jumping jacks & planks.
